FAQs 26) What is our goal for staff compensation? The goal for the club staff is to create compensation plans that will reward our existing staff and attract additional professional staff. We will create the most professional club staff in the nation with multiple career opportunities for each staff member. 27) What will be done to create a more professional environment for the club staff? Club staff (non-coaching) will become true employees and not independent contractors. Payroll (direct deposit) and a benefit package will be offered through the Atlanta Silverbacks. The benefit package will include options for: medical, dental, long term disability and life insurance. We will also provide a non-matching 401(k) plan. To enhance communication between the staff and improve staff accessibility we may provide cell phones to certain staff members. 28) What are your plans for the coaching staff on the competitive side? We plan to assemble one of the most professional coaching staffs in the nation and compensate them well. We will certainly have more A and B licensed coaches than any other club in Georgia and will continue to add more quality coaches who see our vision for soccer. 29) Will the current tournaments that each club hosts continue? Yes. All existing tournaments will continue. 30) Are there plans to add new tournaments? Beginning in the fall of 2004 the club will begin to add new tournaments. New tournament ideas will be selected based on the needs of the new organization. 31) Will we be able to have on-line registration? Yes. Eventually all clubs will be able to take advantage of on-line registration when the new site is developed. 32) What are we doing about uniforms? For United Quest we will be ordering new Select and Academy uniforms which will utilize the Atlanta Silverbacks color scheme of red, white and black with a Silverbacks' youth patch on the jersey. This is year was already planned to replace our current uniform. The uniform supplier for the next two years will continue to be Adidas.
